A team-based primary care network, where your family doctor works alongside nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dietitians, and mental health counsellors, all covered by OHIP. They're a knowledgeable home base for ADHD care: assessment conversations and medication management start with your doctor, with the rest of the team already in place for the wraparound support. And if you don't have a family doctor, HFHT connects Greater Hamilton residents with doctors who are accepting new patients.
